Overview

IQ | 3D Scan is provided by Robotiq. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, why it is collected, how it is used, and how users can request deletion.

Data We Collect

We may collect scan files (including LiDAR mesh and related metadata), account identifiers needed for authentication, project identifiers selected by the user, optional location data when permission is granted, and diagnostic logs that users choose to share with support.

How We Use Data

Scan data is made available in the user's Robotiq IQ account and can be imported to visualize layout scenarios, iterate on cell design while integrating Robotiq solutions (for example, a palletizer), and simulate robot palletizing in the actual environment where the solution will be used.

Retention

Scan data is retained for up to 2 years on Amazon S3, unless a shorter period is required by law or an earlier deletion request is validated and completed.

Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@robotiq.com. Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
